Age Verification Policy (18+)

2) Age-gating and verification methods

We may use one or more of the following controls to confirm eligibility:

• Age-gate prompts (e.g., confirming you are 18+).
• Date-of-birth collection at sign-up and during account changes.
• Identity (KYC) checks, including electronic verification and/or document review.
• Requests for government-issued photo ID and, where relevant, proof of address.
• Ongoing monitoring and re-verification where required by law or risk controls (including AML/CTF-related obligations).

3) If you are underage (or we suspect you are)

• We may block access, suspend the account, and request proof of age.
• If you cannot prove you meet the minimum age, we will close the account and restrict further access.
• Handling of any balances, promotions, or activity will be addressed in line with applicable law and our Terms.

4) Data handling for minors

If we learn an account belongs to a minor, we will take steps to stop processing for service access and to close the account. We will delete or de-identify personal information where reasonable and lawful to do so. Some records may be retained if required for legal, regulatory, fraud-prevention, dispute, or audit purposes. Any ID documents or verification data received are handled securely and access-restricted.

5) Parent/guardian removal requests

If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has provided personal information to us, contact us to request review and removal. To protect the individual’s privacy and safety, we may ask for information to verify your relationship and to locate the account.
