Terms of Service

1) Eligibility (18+)

• You must be at least 18 years old and located in Australia to create an account and play.
• We may request age and identity verification and may suspend access until verification is completed.

2) Accounts & security

• Provide accurate information and keep it updated.
• Keep your login credentials secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• We may limit one account per person/device where reasonably necessary to protect the service.

3) Acceptable use

• No cheating, bots, exploits, reverse engineering, or interfering with the service.
• No harassment, unlawful content, or infringement of others’ rights.
• No buying, selling, gifting, or transferring accounts or virtual items outside the service.

4) Virtual currency & virtual items

• Our games use virtual coins/credits and other virtual items (“Virtual Items”).
• Virtual Items are for entertainment only, have no cash value, are not property, and are not redeemable or exchangeable for real money, prizes, or anything of value.
• We may modify, suspend, remove, or reset Virtual Items and game features for integrity, safety, or operational reasons.

5) Optional in-app purchases (if offered)

• Purchases (if available) provide Virtual Items only and do not enable cash-out or prizes.
• Prices, taxes (including GST where applicable), and billing are shown at checkout.
• Refund requests are handled under the applicable store/platform terms and Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing in these Terms limits your non-excludable consumer guarantees under the ACL.

6) Content, IP & user content

• The service, software, and branding are owned by CoralSpinz Pty Ltd and its licensors and are protected by IP laws.
• If you post or submit content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, use, and display it to operate and promote the service, subject to our privacy practices.

7) Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these Terms. We do not exclude liability where it cannot be excluded under the ACL. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, or loss of profits arising from your use of the service.

8) Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access (and associated Virtual Items) if you breach these Terms, for suspected fraud/cheating, or to protect users or the service. You may stop using the service at any time.

9) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or on the website. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

10) Complaints, disputes & governing law (AU)

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve issues quickly. If we cannot resolve a complaint, you may seek help from relevant Australian consumer protection bodies (such as your state/territory fair trading agency or the ACCC) or pursue your rights through the courts. These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
